Responsibilities
- Autonomously manage development, drive the overall tactical execution and strategy of the team, and report regularly.
- Set a clear process flow chart for tasks, execute and monitor engineering changes (ECO) and product design cycles.
- Lead a cross-functional team to execute tactical solutions to technology development risks and issues to meet system build milestones, cost, and manage the costs.
- Interface between CMs and cross functional engineering and operations teams driving builds and managing schedules, costs, verification and performance.
Requirements
- BS above.
- At least 3 years above NPI or MP working experience. Experience with a demonstrated record of product development, project management, and/or engineering management.
- Knowledge of project/product development and manufacturing processes, and working with Contract Manufacturers (CM).
- Strong communication skills, also proficiency of verbal/written skills in both English and Chinese.

- Engineering background or experience is a plus.
