このポジションについて本ポジションでは、将来世代のPlayStationに向けたシステムパフォーマンスおよび低レイテンシー技術の研究開発を担当いただきます。
OS、ミドルウェア、デバイス、ハードウェアを含むシステム全体を俯瞰しながら、入力から描画に至る処理パイプラインの最適化や、新たなアーキテクチャ・要素技術の研究・検証を推進します。
ソフトウェアとハードウェアの境界領域で技術的な課題に挑戦し、PlayStationならではの高品質なゲーム体験を支えるコア技術の創出に携わることができるポジションです。
主な業務内容将来世代のPlayStationに向けたシステムパフォーマンスおよび低レイテンシー技術の研究・開発
OS、ミドルウェア、デバイスを含むシステム全体の挙動分析および性能評価
入力から描画までの処理パイプラインにおける新たなアプローチの企画、技術検証、プロトタイピング
システムアーキテクチャの観点から性能改善施策の立案・実装・評価
研究成果を製品開発へ展開するための技術検証および関連チームとの協働

Skills Required
- Understanding of system architecture and ability to design, implement, and evaluate software
- Team software development using version control (Git)
- Knowledge and development experience in multithreaded programming
- Software development experience using C/C++ (around 3+ years)
- Development or debugging experience with OS or low-level software (device drivers, kernel, etc.)
