- Develop and continuously improve methods for adjustment, diagnostics, functional testing, and performance verification, bringing your own ideas to make our hardware perform at its best
- Design and implement robust diagnostics and adjustment solutions in a modern C++ environment, tightly integrated with advanced hardware
- Bring up and stabilize new hardware generations using prototypes, R&D tools, and state-of-the-art lab equipment at the forefront of current technology
- Connect development, production, and customers as a technical bridge: roll out solutions, support manufacturing sites and customer systems worldwide
- Analyze production and field data to detect issues early, improve manufacturability, and continuously push performance to technical limits
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong C++ skills and a good grasp of object-oriented design principles
- Solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and measurement techniques
- Analytical, data-driven mindset: you enjoy finding root causes and turning insights into improvements
- Enjoy working across disciplines, collaborating closely with hardware, software, and manufacturing colleagues at eye level
- Team-oriented mindset: grow continuously by sharing and learning together with your team members
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.)
- German language skills
