Preferred Qualifications
- Ensure world‑class performance of cutting‑edge high end digital hardware products by developing and owning methods for adjustment, diagnostics, functional testing, and performance verification
- Design and implement high‑impact diagnostics and adjustment solutions in a modern C++ software environment, tightly coupled with advanced hardware
- Bring up and stabilize new hardware generations using prototypes, R&D tools, and state‑of‑the‑art lab equipment at the forefront of current technology
- Act as the technical bridge from development to production and customers, rolling out solutions and supporting manufacturing sites and customer systems worldwide
- Analyze production and field data to identify issues early, improve manufacturability, and continuously push performance to the limits of what is technically possible
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Solid experience in C++ programming and a strong grasp of object-oriented design principles
- Solid understanding of digital hardware systems, electrical engineering fundamentals and measurement techniques
- Analytical mindset and data‑driven problem‑solving skills, including the ability to analyze production or field data to identify root causes and improve system performance
- Ability to work across disciplines, collaborating closely with hardware, software, and manufacturing stakeholders
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow continuously
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, signal generators, etc.)
- German language proficiency
