This position reports to:
R&D Team Lead__
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Member of DP Nanjing R&D hardware team.
- Be responsible for new servo/drive products’ hardware development, testing, verification, and maintenance.
- Participate in control hardware system design, including system architecture planning, interface definition, and key component selection.
- Execute control hardware circuits design, covering minimum systems, peripheral analog/digital circuits, power supply, and circuit calculation/simulation and optimization.
- Develop FPGA logic functions, including design, verification, and design optimization.
- Build board-level and system-level test platforms for R&D testing, support type test and reliability test, and provide troubleshooting/debug solutions during testing.
- Prepare technical design documents and test reports, support new product introduction in factory, and resolve hardware technical issues in production.
- Continuously track and promote the application of new technologies and components in products
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor/master’s degree or above in Automation, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in control hardware development for products such as servo drives, frequency converters, or related areas.
- Experienced in ARM/FPGA-based embedded system design and debugging, and proficient in using EDA tools (e.g., PADS, OrCAD) for PCBA design.
- Proficient in FPGA design (VHDL/Verilog) and simulation development, and skilled in FPGA design tools (e.g., Quartus, ModelSim).
- Skilled in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice) for electrical circuit and system simulation analysis.
- Proficient in using various testing instruments for circuit debugging and trouble shooting.
- Strong interest in new technologies, excellent learning and analytical abilities, and effective teamwork skills.
- Strong experience in FPGA RTL design optimization is preferred.
- Good knowledge of automation and motor control theory is a plus.
- Fluent English skills to collaborate effectively in a global R&D organization.
