This Position reports to:
R&D Team Lead
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Responsible for the electromagnetic design, analysis and simulation of asynchronous motors , permanent magnet motors, or reluctance motor.
- Participate in development projects and product maintenance as an electrical engineer. Analyze and solve problems in project implementation, and conduct experience exchange summary.
- Provide technical support to the local Production Unit.
- Cooperate with the global team members for necessary technical issue and meeting.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or related majors, and more than three years of electrical electromagnetic design and process experience.
- Familiar with motor electromagnetic design and electromagnetic field theory, proficient in asynchronous motor or permanent magnet motor design.
- Good level of written and spoken English skills.
- Good team communication and cooperation skills.
- Able to work actively and effectively, self-starter and hardworking.
