- Participate in product functional reviews, test specifications, documentation review
- Design and develop test plans; test cases based upon functional and design specifications
- Execute test cases and analyze and report test results to product teams
- Participate actively in functional, performance, system and regression testing activities
- Work closely with the development team to analyze, debug and resolve any issues
- Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
- Collaborate with field staff or customers to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years software engineering experience in software testing, test automation, or software development
- Understanding of the various software development life cycle and testing methodologies
- Good programming skills in C++ or Java/Java Script/Python
- Experience with web applications, databases or distributed systems
- Experience with cloud-based application
- Be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Be fast and efficient and able to juggle multiple projects
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
