Job Description:The candidate will support product development for isolation products in automotive and industrial applications. The roles and responsibilities include:
- Responsible for product definition, design, test, and characterization of new isolation products.
- Carry out R&D programs with cross-functional teams such as IC design engineering, test engineering, process engineering, product engineering, quality engineering, manufacturing team, and contract manufacturer to develop and perform product validation of new isolation products.
- Initiate, plan and carry out engineering programs to achieve targets, breakthrough improvement in new product manufacturing yield, quality and reliability.
- Perform product yield analysis and failure investigation of device issues.
Requirements:
- Degree, Masters or PhD in Electrical/Electronics/Computer engineering with 7 years or more experience in semiconductor R&D product development and relevant field.
- Strong expertise in analog design, opto-electronics design, and/or power MOSFET design.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional team environments.
- Possesses strong technical engineering skills in semiconductor product characterization, yield analysis and improvement, bench test setup, and ATE testing.
- Experience in statistical analysis tools for volume data analysis and semiconductor physical failure analysis.
- Experience in NPI project leadership and taking product from verification/ qualification to high volume soft launch is a plus.
