R&D is looking for an R&D Process Manager to drive the development, governance and continuous improvement of our R&D Management System. In this role, you will work across the entire R&D organization, collaborating with engineering, quality, digital, manufacturing and business functions to ensure effective, efficient and compliant ways of working.

You will play a key role in shaping how R&D operates by driving process excellence, supporting organizational effectiveness, ensuring compliance with industry standards and enabling the successful delivery of current and future business needs.

Skills and Experience

  • Engineering degree, Business degree or equivalent experience within product development, quality, operational excellence or process management.

  • Proven experience in process management, governance, operational excellence, quality management or continuous improvement within a technical environment.

  • Experience in process mapping and driving cross-functional initiatives and leading change in complex organizations with an holistic view.

  • Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple functions and levels. Experience in hosting trainings.

  • Experience working with management systems, audits, certifications and industry standards such as ASPICE, IATF 16949, ISO 9001. ISO 14001 or similar is considered beneficial.

  • Structured, analytical and proactive mindset with the ability to balance strategic development with operational execution.

  • Experience from automotive, powertrain or other engineering-intensive industries is considered an advantage.

Your role at Aurobay


As R&D Process Manager you will:

  • Lead the development, governance and continuous improvement of all R&D Processes, ensuring they remain effective, scalable and aligned with business objectives.

  • Drive process compliance and organizational readiness for internal and external audits, certifications and industry assessments, including ASPICE, IATF and ISO standards.

  • Chair R&D Process Governance and coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to processes, tools, ways of working and operational efficiency.

  • Own process performance management, including KPI follow-up, risk reporting, improvement roadmaps and management reporting.

  • Establish and implement new development frameworks, governance models and customer requirements for emerging business streams, partnerships and strategic initiatives.

  • Support organizational capability development through process training, communication and stakeholder engagement across the R&D organization.

  • Act as a key interface between R&D and other business functions to ensure effective collaboration, clear responsibilities and efficient end-to-end workflows.
