Job Description:
The Process Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of process technologies across our domestic factory network and co-manufacturers. This role bridges the gap between R&D innovation and supply chain execution, ensuring that new products, raw materials, and capacity expansion initiatives are successfully scaled up, commissioned, and handed over to manufacturing units.
Additionally, this position plays a critical role in strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and developing a high-performing team of R&D process associates.

- Relevant Experience: Robust experience in process development, technology implementation, and scale-up, ideally in an R&D or engineering role within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or complex business environment.
- Leadership & Coaching: Proven experience in line management, coaching, and developing technical talent is highly advantageous.
- Technical Depth & Quality Focus: Deep understanding of manufacturing process technologies, process constraints, and a strong passion for quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Consumer-Driven Innovation: Translate consumer needs and R&D formulations into viable, scalable, and cost-effective industrial manufacturing processes.
- Strategic & Business Acumen: Broad business understanding to align technical roadmaps with local growth, capacity expansion, and financial targets.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Technology Development, Implementation & Scale-Up
- Process Capabilities & Scaling: Define and establish process capabilities for new products and raw materials, ensuring a seamless scale-up and successful transition to the factory network (including commissioning, verification, and handover requirements).
- Strategy & Program Delivery: Co-develop and execute the local process development strategy, delivering on pillars related to innovation pipeline, product performance, quality, and cost optimization.
- Engineering Collaboration & Assets: Act as the technical R&D point of contact to define technology and equipment requirements for new asset acquisitions or factory expansions, collaborating closely with Engineering and Quality teams.
- Process Standardization: Drive the generation, implementation, and adoption of global manufacturing standars across the regional network.
- Supply Chain & Operations Alignment: Collaborate with Supply Chain and Planning teams to translate innovation projects into operational reality, including planning for trial costs, downtimes, and capital expenditure (CAPEX).
- Innovation & Product Coding: Partner with Product Development teams addressing Marketing requests during early innovation stages to provide technical feasibility, process constraints mapping, and impact analysis on current factory capabilities.
- Global & Regional Connection: Build strong partnerships with global and regional R&D teams to align local execution with global technology pipeline and standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Process Development and Implementation R&D Associates, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous development.
