At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.

So, what’s the role all about?

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the tools used by the R&D group - including tool selection, new implementations, change requests, governance, and monitoring. In addition, you will manage various initiatives to support R&D activities, including the growing role of AI-powered tools in how R&D works, and you will lead R&D audits across the organization end to end.

We are looking for a self-starter with a bias for action, who is able to move new initiatives forward while collaborating with all types of stakeholders.

How will you make an impact?

  • Manage all tools used by R&D from the point of tool selection through implementation, ongoing support, and change requests.
  • Tools include ALM (e.g., JIRA), security tools (static code analysis, third-party vulnerability scanning, etc.), build tools, AI-powered developer tools, and more.
  • End-to-end accountability for process-change projects, from business requirement definition and planning to successful delivery and implementation.
  • Evaluate and help roll out AI-powered tools and workflows across R&D, partnering with engineering leadership on adoption.
  • Lead R&D audits across the organization — coordinating the audit process, collecting and managing the required data, and owning it end to end
  • Work effectively with a variety of stakeholders to ensure successful execution, including R&D teams, product managers, IT, and business operations.
  • Perform business analysis and provide guidance on best practices and possible approaches.
  • Continually find opportunities for improvements and enhancements in existing tools and processes.

Have you got what it takes?

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Program Manager/PMO/Project Manager or equivalent at a global software company.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools in daily work (e.g., AI coding assistants such as Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor).
  • Experience with system analysis and management.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools — an advantage.
  • Experience working in R&D organizations — an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Fluent English

Education

  • A university degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems.
