This Position reports to:
R&D Team Lead
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP) by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions. You will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development (R&D)/software development/product engineering for specific product-related issues and maintenance.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
Product Expertise: act as the go-to technical expert for the Panel Builder product portfolio and maintain deep knowledge of product specifications
Design and Documentation: Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for all Panel Builder products.
Customer Audits and Support: Support OEM teams during customer audits and assist in delivering technical training
Consulting and Testing Services: Participate in consulting sessions and laboratory testing with customers
Qualifications for the Role
Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
You have 5 or more years of experience in Product Development (R&D)
Knowledge in design (SolidWorks, Windchill), prototyping, testing
Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement
You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel.
