We are looking for an exceptional R&D Group Lead with a strong background in cybersecurity (preferably in offensive security, either from civilian industry or defense organizations). Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage 3 engineering teams.
- Take ownership of the business logic layer within the product, ensuring alignment with product strategy and company goals.
- Build, mentor, and guide team leaders to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Security, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive architectural decisions, best practices, and long-term technical vision (not hands-on, but with a strong technical background).
- Lead AI-driven initiatives across R&D - define the strategy, identify opportunities, and drive adoption of AI tools and methodologies within engineering teams.
- Pioneer the integration of AI into development workflows, products, and processes
- Proven experience as a Team Leader in R&D and ready to step up to lead multiple teams.
- Strong background in cybersecurity – an offensive security background (civilian or defense) is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of Python, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture (must-have).
- Experience working in complex, large-scale distributed systems.
- Hands-on curiosity and growing experience with AI technologies - familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted development is a significant advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
