Responsibilities

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

  • Leda och leverera flera produktutvecklingsprojekt från start till slut, samt säkerställa att de ligger i linje med affärsmål, tidsplaner och avkastningsmål (ROI)
  • Leda, coacha och utveckla ett högpresterande tekniskt team genom att sätta tydliga förväntningar och stödja medarbetarnas utveckling
  • Ansvara för projekt enligt stage-gate-modellen samt hantera komplexa tekniska utmaningar i samarbete med interna och externa intressenter
  • Kommunicera projektets framsteg, risker och resultat på ett tydligt sätt genom rapporter, presentationer och uppdateringar till intressenter
  • Driva och främja kontinuerlig förbättring och innovation för att förbättra produktkvalitet, effektivitet och kostnadsprestanda
Qualifications

Kvalifikationer:

  • Kandidatexamen eller motsvarande inom kemi, teknik eller annat relevant område
  • Erfarenhet från en R&D-miljö är nödvändig; erfarenhet från färg- eller beläggningsindustrin är meriterande men inget krav
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av att leda team är en fördel, men inget krav
  • Stark erfarenhet av projektledning och att driva resultat i en teknisk eller laboratoriemiljö
  • Flytande i engelska och svenska

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in chemistry, engineering, or related field
  • Experience from an R&D environment
  • Strong project management experience in a technical or laboratory environment
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Experience from the paint or coatings industry
  • Previous experience leading teams
