R&D Engineer

• Customer technical service, market request collection, analysis & feedback, which include collect & archive customer request from technical aspects; pre-research with Group R&D to check feasibility.
• Project management which includes project plans, coordinating project staff or any project teams, monitoring project progress, communicating project progress with relative stakeholders on defined interval.
• Knowledge & Information record which including safely collect and archive technical information from market/business case/projects. This chiefly entails actively following external market conditions and technological developments, identifying and assess potential opportunities; record ideas and proposals for new technology, products and application area and document technical data and specifications.
• Trial preparation and follow-ups which include set up trial plans, prepare trial related materials, support online trials, track sample rolls and collect market feedback and communicate through multi-departments on results;
• Support Root Cause Analysis ​ for customer feedback and complaints for standard products.
• Contribute to site Operation Excellence saving by means of Value Analysis/Value Engineering project.

• Above 5 years of experiences in product technological roles in an industrial environment.
• Fluent English language, writing and speaking were mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, fields of study in chemical engineering, material engineering, and textile engineering were preferred.
• Be willing to travel at least 50% of the time ( actively and passively, not just arranged by sales )
