Job Summary & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Understand IC test program thoroughly then convert them to test cases and test suites to validate 93K semiconductor test software platform
- Design test case to cover use case and user scenarios to ensure the designed features and functions comply with users’ requirement
- Coordinate all test design and test execution activities and work as the major interface with project team for all Project Test roles
- Define test approach, verify test techniques, and structure test implementation.
- Apply agile test practices, and support in test automation
- Collect and report test metrics, evaluate test results and product quality
- Communicate test evaluation summary of each iteration/milestone to support management decision making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related majors
- Minimum 3 years Engineering experience in Software Testing, IC testing, or Software Development
- C/C++, Java or script programming skills
- Good verbal and written English skill
- Good communication skill, be able to learn and work effectively under high pressure
- Flexibility to take domestic and overseas business trip extensively
- Experience in IC design, IC application development and support or IC test is preferred
- Experience in using V93k semiconductor test systems is preferred
