Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in rotational training within the Academy and R&D project teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the semiconductor testing industry and automated test equipment (ATE), and to learn about R&D processes and development environments
2. Join the global R&D team to collaborate closely with engineers in Germany, the United States, Japan, and other locations, and jointly participate in the development and optimization of industry-leading ATE system software
3. Actively participate in projects supporting major global semiconductor clients, taking responsibility for requirements analysis, architectural design, product development, and validation, while addressing new market and client challenges through rapid iteration.
4. Under the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ensure the on-schedule delivery of high-quality, high-performance, and highly reliable code that meets relevant software quality standards such as ISO 9001 and ASPICE.
5. Collaborate with the Group’s AI team to explore the application of AI technologies (such as M365 / GitHub Copilot, AI knowledge bases, and intelligent agents) in semiconductor testing, thereby enhancing R&D efficiency and the level of product intelligence
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
2. Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Java, C++), with strong coding habits and a passion for programming
3. Familiarity with object-oriented analysis and design; ability to use UML to draw static and dynamic diagrams
4. Understanding of automated testing principles; ability to write high-quality unit and integration tests; familiarity with code analysis tools (e.g., SpotBugs, Coverity) is preferred
5. Familiarity with the Linux development environment and related tools (e.g., Git, Bazel, Clang, YooKits); experience with performance optimization in a Linux environment is preferred
6. Highly curious about new technologies; candidates with experience in AI-related projects (e.g., RAG, MCP, Agent, PEFT, etc.) are preferred
7. Strong English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing); candidates with CET-6 or higher are preferred
8. Willingness to accept domestic and international business travel arrangements
