- Have basic knowledge about IC package test, and ATE (Automated Test Equipment)
- Understand IC test program thoroughly then convert them to test cases and test suites to validate 93K semiconductor test software platform
- Design test case to cover use case and user scenarios to ensure the designed features and functions comply with users' requirement
- Independent online debug to find possible root cause, and design simple lab to validate possible root cause
- Clearly report software or other possible bugs in problem tracking system

- Design test case to cover use case and user scenarios to ensure the designed features and functions comply with users' requirement
- Independent online debug to find possible root cause, and design simple lab to validate possible root cause
- Clearly report software or other possible bugs in problem tracking system
- Master or excellent bachelor graduates majored in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, instrumentation, communications or related technical field.
- C/C++, Java or script programming skills
- Good verbal and written English skill
- Good communication skill, be able to learn and work effectively under high pressure
