- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Experienced with modern software development methodologies such as OOA&OOD
- Able to read and communicate in English, especially in technical environment
- Have initiatives and willingness to take on task responsibility
Preferred:
- Software development experience on automated test systems
- Software development familiarity on Linux or Unix platform
- Experience with script language, such as Ruby, Python and Perl
- Experience with GUI software development
- Experience in the Automatic Test Equipment industry
- Cross cultural / international experience
