Who you are:
- Responsible for design of customized hygienic valves according to specific customer requirements (DTO).
About the job:
- Participate in and validate product design.
- Design products using computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
- Ensure consistency between customer needs and detailed design drawing.
- Decide on the manufacturing methods for the parts constituting the product.
- Coordinate reservations in stock and supply requests.
- Prepare the manufacturing dossier for the workshop.
- Ensure compliance of the design and assemblies with the applicable industry standards, codes and specifications (e.g., ASME, 3A, EHEDG, FDA) and regulatory requirements for hygienic equipment.
- Collaborate closely with production teams and other departments to ensure designs are consistent with operational requirements.
- Participate in the technical expertise necessary to resolve problems during the development and manufacturing of products.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure design and industrialization in your area of expertise using dedicated tools and in accordance with different codes, standards and design directives and according to customer requirements. Prepare the production of products based on design drawings, bill of material and company tools.
What you know:
- Background as mechanical engineer or similar educational background.
- Good English both in oral and written, CET-4 at least.
- At least 2 years’ experience with mechanical construction.
- Experience from hygienic design and equipment is a plus
