Your role and responsibilities
This Position reports to:
Switchgears Team Manager
Currently we are looking for a R&D Engineer as a member of Technology Center team in Przasnysz.
In this role You will be responsible for design, implementation and validation of new concepts for switchgear applications. You will also showcase your expertise by providing ideas and by being able to work both independently and as a part of a Research & Development (R&D) team .
The work model for the role is: onsite / hybrid.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions Division worldwide. Main stakeholders is R&D organization.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Working as reliable contributor in R&D projects.
Work with international cross-functional teams.
Preparing documentation and presenting analysis results.
Prototypes preparing and testing.
Qualifications for the role
Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electrical / mechanical engineering or related fields.
You are highly skilled in and enjoy working with Design.
You are passionate about creating cost effective product and looking for potential design improvements.
Ability to demonstrate 0-2 years of experience in R&D.
Analytical but also out of box thinking is your nature.
Good written and spoken English.
