This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Assistant in Bangalore with Signify.
We are looking for :
- Graduate with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of tools like Outlook, Concur, Excel etc
- Experience in an international environment.
- Can work independently.
- Pro-active
- Can easily build bridges (face to face and remotely)
ROLES AND RESPONSBILITIES - EA
- Communication: Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Calendar Management: Managing and organizing the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Meeting Coordination: Organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, sending out invitations, and taking minutes.
- Event Management: Cultural Committee / Townhall / Engagement Calendar
- Visitor Management - Provide assistance in planning the agenda for workshops/area visits by handling the logistics of stay, food, meeting room, visitor pass and printing, Invite Letter, refreshments etc.,
- Data Management: Collecting, compiling, and organizing data for reports and presentations.
- Administrative Tasks: Performing general administrative tasks.
- Tool Support and administration – Administrative support on various internal/external tools used, Updating DL’s.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive information and materials, Handling confidential information with integrity.
- Problem solving – Acting as go-to point of contact for all internal and external communications.
