Quote and Tender Specialist

Job Description SummaryAs Quote & Tender Specialist you will support the tendering process by preparing tender answers based on the financial, technical, and administrative response internally collected in accordance with the public procurement code. Think of yourself as a project manager, a strategic connector, guiding our responses from the first inquiry to final submission.This role requires fluent Dutch, English and French. The role is open for a fully onsite or hybrid set-up with our office location in Diegem.

Essential Responsibilities

• Identify, review, and analyze tender documents and requirements;
• Coordinate bids with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Service, Project Managers, etc.) to ensure strong, close and on time collaboration;
• Keep everyone aligned and informed—you’re the go-to hub for info sharing;
• Spot risks early and help ensure compliance and quality check of all documents before submission;
• Maintain organized records of all tenders;
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and partners to gather the right info;
• Report regularly on tender progress and win strategies.

Basic Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, or related field;
• You’ve done this before— your wide experience in tenders, procurement, or sales support is essential;
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English both written and spoken;
• Fully Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) with speed and accuracy;
• Outstanding communicator with both teams and customers;
• good team player, proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments
• Analytical thinker with a solutions-first mindset;
• Excellent multitasking & time manager who meets tight deadlines with ability to work under pressure.
