The Quotation Specialist is responsible for obtaining market information and providing quotes utilizing sales experience and technical knowledge to prepare packages for various projects.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary focus will be sourcing and pricing large project bids.
- Must work closely with various departments within the organization.
- Maximize financial results (revenues, margins, etc.) and meet Customer Timelines/Dead Lines.
- Improve customer service and satisfaction by building relationships with vendors.
- Attain and exceed sales goals through increased market share, both existing and new business.
- Work closely with the Credit Department, Upper Management and the Attorneys to ensure the proper wording on terms and conditions. Other duties assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in PVF sourcing required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong presentation, marketing, and negotiating skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Proficient project management skills and able to multi task.
