This is a great opportunity to join a fast‑paced projects team working closely with customers and suppliers to prepare commercial tender documentation.
You’ll be the backbone of project tendering — helping to keep quotations moving, data maintained and communication flowing smoothly across internal and external stakeholders.
Job Description- Prepare and submit compliant commercial project quotations.
- Maintain quotation registers, databases, source lists and project records
- Communicate requirements and updates with internal and external stakeholders.
- Archive project files and follow up on outstanding documentation.
- Support timely, accurate and compliant project submissions.
- Assist with project-related enquiries and deliver responsive support to the wider network
- Contribute to a positive customer experience and successful project outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Confidence using technology (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, web‑based tools).
- Ability to work autonomously while supporting a busy project team.
