Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Carry out definition of spare parts for inhouse and third-party products
Ensure spare parts documentation in an appropriate way (e.g. spare parts lists)
Ensure maintenance of spare parts lists and their further development
Calculate the need for spare parts by product groups
Organize and maintain the filing system currently in place
Follow the procedures set out for the use of the company's software
Chase purchase orders and delivery dates with suppliers in a regular basis
Work closely with the suppliers to source parts
Liaise and deal with other departments to resolve issues and their needs
Provide information for reporting
Collaborate in projects
Qualification & Skills:
Academic degree in relevant field or related work experience
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role and industry
Strong technical understanding
High process understanding and good SAP Knowledge
Familiar handling of large amounts of data
Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office, especially in Excel (Access knowledge desirable)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Fluent in English
