We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient QuickBooks Accountant to manage accounting and bookkeeping activities for US-based clients. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for US-based clients using QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop.
- Record, classify, and review income, expenses, accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform accurate bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Review financial data for discrepancies, incorrect entries, duplicate transactions, and unusual balances.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records and support timely payment and collection tracking.
- Assist with client invoicing, expense reimbursements, payroll-related journal entries, and other accounting processes.
- Manage chart of accounts, journal entries, adjustments, and month-end closing activities as required.
- Maintain organized, complete, and audit-ready financial documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, CPAs, tax professionals, and internal accounting teams whenever required.
- Prepare periodic accounting reports and communicate financial discrepancies or pending requirements proactively.
- Ensure all accounting activities are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
