Feed your creativity while collaborating with our team of highly skilled developers to build something innovative, exhilarating, and expansively entertaining!

As a member of the Content Team, you’ll create fun and memorable quest experiences by designing and implementing the many types of content that players can engage with in our game.

As a member of the project, you’ll help take the studio and our game from great to even better with a focus on inclusivity, mutual respect (for ourselves and our players), thoughtfulness, empathy, professionalism, and collaboration.

If you’re an experienced designer who values cross-functional collaboration and creative problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll help us by…

  • Collaborating with the quest, narrative, level design teams and other departments in crafting a cohesive experience for the game’s locations, characters, content, and plots.

  • Collaborate with our Quest and Narrative Designers and Engineers to further develop the pipelines and processes of the Quest Design team.

  • Designing and implementing functional quests and becoming proficient in using our tools

  • Help express the story's vision via excellent exploration, dialogue, gameplay, and activities.

  • Providing constructive feedback on others’ work

  • Acting as a liaison to other departments, conveying the consistent design vision of the project

You’re awesome because you have…

  • Proven experience as a professional Game Designer (or some combination of applicable training and experience).

  • Experience with technical game design (implementation in tools, game logic, visual scripting, etc.)

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks in a confidential environment

  • Creative problem-solving skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

  • Experience pitching game design concepts in a clear, detailed manner, through strong written and verbal skills

  • Organization methods and the capability to meet agreed timelines

  • The ability to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team

Bonus points for…

  • Experience with AAA games

  • Industry recognition or demonstrated impact in your field

  • Having made your own game as a side or indie project

  • Experience in adjacent fields such as content design, narrative design, environment art, programming, etc.

  • Experience playing and/or crafting pen and paper, board, or trading card games

Not sure you meet all the qualifications? Let us decide! Research shows that women and members of other under-represented groups tend to not apply to jobs when they think they may not meet every qualification, when, in fact, they often do! At Activision, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and strongly encourage you to apply.

This role can be based in our Warsaw office and follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may change at the companies discretion to meet business needs.
