Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3 to 6 years of experience in general analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and should preferably have experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to support business decisions and strategies.

Develop, maintain, and enhance data reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Extract, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure data integrity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable insights.

Use statistical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data.

Assist in developing data models and predictive analytics for business forecasting.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.

Proven experience in data analytics within the pharma or healthcare domain is highly preferred.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to effectively present data insights.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in pharma/healthcare analytics.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and data standards in the healthcare sector.
