- Design clean, reusable, and high-performance code.
- Collaborate across engineering teams to continuously improve our technology stack.
- Thrive in a highly collaborative setup, where time to market matters and feedback loops are immediate.
Your Current Skillset
- Up to 3 years of professional experience as a C# software engineer.
- Experience with trading systems or real-time, multi-threaded applications is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working effectively in a team.
- Clear and confident communicator.
- Bonus: Exposure to front-end development (e.g. WinForms) or Python.
