Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of research experience in roles requiring quantitative research, portfolio construction, and technical skills, ideally for a multi-asset class investment process.

  • Analytical and architecture-oriented attitude, ability to visualize patterns and abstract problems, and to collaborate with technology to evolve the investment platform.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, particularly in translating complex quantitative analysis into meaningful and applicable investment solutions.
  • Ability to work across the organization in various disciplines to drive consensus/closure; strong collaboration and influence skills.
  • Creative, innovative thinker with intellectual curiosity and the motivation to learn and grow; willingness to identify and present new research ideas.
