Arbejdsopgaver

Jobbet som Kvalitetstekniker sikrer at LEGO elementer bliver målt og kontrolleret i henhold til specifikationerne, samt efterfølgende evalueret.

En Quality Technician bidrager til at LEGO elementer altid støbes i den rette kvalitet.

Jobbet forudsætter, at man har forbrugerens behov i centrum, og at man nyttiggør sine erfaringer og kompetencer på tværs af organisatoriske tilhørsforhold.

• Opmåling af støbte LEGO elementer i henhold til målebilag
• Visuel vurdering af støbte LEGO elementer
• Evaluering af afvigelser i henhold til Specifikationer og de globale fejldefinitioner.
• Anbefaler stop af produktion og følger afvigelsesprocessen
• Sikre at information omhandlende kvalitet kommer ud til relevante medarbejdere.
• Deltage aktivt i løbende forbedringer
• Medvirke til at fejl forebygges

• Trænet i de forskellige målemetoder og kan udføre målinger på relevant udstyr
• Minimum 2 års erfaring med kvalitetskontrol
• Evner at udtrykke sig på dansk og engelsk i både skrift og tale
• Detaljeorienteret og kvalitetsbevidst
• Almen brug af PC og kendskab til relevante kvalitetssystemer
• Kendskab til LEAN værktøjer
• Kan selvstændigt træffe beslutninger
• Kendskab til kvalitetskontrol
• Kendskab til SAP
• Kendskab til støbeteknik
