Join our team as the Design Manager for Motorsport Graphic Design! You’ll lead the creation of world-class graphics that capture the excitement of motorsport, racing, and automotive culture. Collaborating with Graphic Leads from various franchises, you’ll work within a dynamic design team to ensure brand integrity and innovative visual storytelling. Core Responsibilities  

The Design Manager Motorsport, Graphic Design will be responsible for leading the conceptualization, design, and execution of world-class graphics linked with motorsport, racing and automotive. This includes coordinating with Graphic Leads from different franchises. You will be working in a design team, collaborating with partners and sponsors, and ensuring brand integrity across all designs.  

  • Lead the creative process for motorsport graphic design, from concept to production. Act as the single point of contact for leadership regarding graphic design related matters across all motorsport franchises. 

  • Align design direction with business goals and ensure design contributes to product success and brand growth. 

  • Create and maintain design guidelines (brand, visual language, etc.) to ensure consistency across franchises. 

  • Facilitate communication between franchise Graphic Leads, ensuring knowledge sharing and avoiding duplication of work. 

  • Run design reviews and feedback to ensure quality and alignment. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketing, and sponsors to make sure design work integrates smoothly. 

  • Balance franchise-specific creativity with overarching brand identity. 

  • Manage timelines and deliverables, making sure design outputs meet deadlines across franchises whilst ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.  

  • Stay on top of design trends within motorsport, racing and automotive; particularly Formula 1, and translate them into innovative visual concepts.

 The ideal candidate is not only a highly skilled designer but also deeply enthusiastic about motorsports, racing and automotive – culture, aesthetics, and technical details.  

Do you have what it takes?  

  • A background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. 

  • Extensive design experience as well as direct and indirect leadership or team management experience 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead design reviews, manage timelines, and maintain guidelines while balancing creativity with sponsor and brand requirements under tight deadlines 

  • Skilled collaborator with product, marketing, and partner teams with strong communication and project management skills 

  • Knowledge of Formula 1, motorsport, and automotive culture, coupled with a passion for the sport, including insights into teams, liveries, and visual identity trends 

  • Proven experience in vehicle graphics, motorsport design, or related fields (portfolio required, including vector graphics). 

  • Proven experience designing for strategic partnerships, brand collaborations, and licensing (preferably in motorsports). 

  • Strong proficiency in using Adobe illustrator and other graphic design tools 

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
