How you'll make an impact
Perform electrical, mechanical, and visual inspections
Test incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products
Identify and document non-conformances; escalate when needed
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and data
Participate in audits, process reviews, and risk assessments
Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
Your background
U.S. citizenship required
Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or equivalent experience
3+ years in manufacturing or quality environments preferred
Knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems
Experience with quality tools (8D, FMEA, root cause analysis)
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

- US citizenship
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Experience with root cause analysis and quality tools (8D, FMEA)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in quality or manufacturing environments
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification
- Experience in transformer or heavy manufacturing
- Familiarity with advanced quality tools
