This Position reports to:
Quality Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities
1.Set up and update incoming & final inspection related instruction and give training to inspectors.
2.Coordinate components and process quality issues handling, facilitate internal & external quality improvement through quality data statistic, analysis.
3.Involve in the NPI project and new supplier, new components/material develop project for quality planning and control.
4.Responsible for investigation for customer complaints, lead corrective action setting up and following.
5.Involve in internal & external audit and follow the implementation of corrective actions.
6. Participated in suppliers annual audit, approval, and potential supplier assessment.
7.Other tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications for the Role
- Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering, electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
Over 3 years working experience of quality control in manufacturing industry.
Good knowledge and experience in ISO9001:2000 and Lean 6 Sigma. ISO/TS16949 is preferred.
Good experience in problem solving and capable of leading
Familiar with office software operation and CAD.
Communicate effectively, Commitment to excellence, Flexibility and self-learning, Problem solving, Teamwork, Technical orientation.
Excellent written and oral English ability.
