• Arrange QA on-site routine work, coordinate QA on-site with other departments.安排QA现场日常工作，协调QA现场与各部门之间的相关工作事宜。

•  Manage and train QA inspectors in the related production area to support On-site manager's work. 管理和培训相关区域的QA管理员，支持现场QA的工作。

• Handle or support quality event investigation, develop an effective corrective action and preventative action.处理或支持质量事件调查，提出有效的整改措施和预防措施。
• Handle complaint investigation, develop an effective corrective action and preventative action.负责各类产品的投诉调查，提出有效的整改措施和预防措施。
• Lead the trend analysis of Quality Event and Quality complaint, find out the potential issue and raise a corrective plan.领导质量事件和质量投诉的趋势分析， 发现潜在的事件，提出整改方案。
•  Lead the trend analysis of environmental monitoring and water system monitoring, find out the potential issue to establish an effective monitoring plan.领导环境和水系统的趋势分析，发现潜在的风险，制定有效的监控方案。
• Support MS&T to implement the validation sampling, monitoring and management.支持MS&T，实施验证的取样，监控和管理。

On-site Protocol

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
