As a Quality Specialist, you support IT efficiency. You design, configure, administer, maintain, upgrade and test the quality of business solutions, computer networks, management systems, programs and database servers based on the organization's needs. You analyze and help diagnose issues related to IT deliveries, rollouts, infrastructure operation, controls and quality assurance. You provide opinions in accordance with your discipline's rules and help develop recommendations and implementation plans. You actively help test the quality of business solutions in a medium-scale focus area. You share ideas. You help solve problems using your analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of your line of business. You draw on your ability to manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other technology fields. You provide discipline-specific support to your unit, clients and partners. More specifically, you will be required to:

Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and processes that monitor the application of management policies and practices

Help develop the team's quality strategy

Identify, design and follow up on required testing and ensure alignment with other levels

Analyze risks. Write reports and make recommendations. Provide advice on how to implement recommendations

Help prepare and propose action plans to develop and roll out solutions and address issues in accordance with rules and parameters
