The Opportunity
We are looking for a Quality Specialist On site Support to manage urgent on-site activities during warranty, erection, and commissioning phases. During the activity, you will represent the quality on site.
The role includes technical input, evidence collection, structured inspections, and direct contribution to root cause investigation. This position is key in securing fast, safe, and effective resolutions to apparatus failures, handling customers globally.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Manage urgent on site interventions during warranty, erection, and commissioning activities
Gather technical evidence and operational data to handle accurate root cause investigation
Conduct inspections of high voltage apparatus in connection with customer quality teams
Produce clear, structured reports detailing activities and preliminary failure assessments
Review and investigate field documentation and failure events
Prepare and maintain method statements, safety documentation, and procedural materials
Contribute to the creation of RCA documentation and recommendations
Work with internal functions to improve product reliability and reduce recurrences
Collaborate with the factory and report the cases of non-conformity from the site, participate to lesson learn in the factory and instruct operators to avoid the repetition of the problems
Your Background
• Technical high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in high voltage systems (erection, commissioning, testing, inspection, or failure analysis)
• Knowledge of safety standards and HV operational requirements
• Certification in high voltage safety or HV apparatus maintenance
• Experience with HV apparatus manufacturers (preferred)
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Availability for global travel on short notice (70% travel and 30% based in the factory)
