Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Audit incoming/in-process/finished products according to requirements/quality standards.
2. Record audit results and communicate non-conformances to process owners.
3. Assist with investigating quality concerns.
4. Participate in problem solving and process improvement projects.
5. Contain nonconforming parts/products and initiate action.
6. Promote awareness of SEL’s quality standards.
7. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

9. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
1+ year of experience in an electronics product manufacturer or quality assurance
Working knowledge of inspection techniques and instruments
Ability to maintain high standards for inspection and documentation
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and acceptability requirements
Strong computer and telephone skills
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with quality tools and techniques
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flow
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Ability to sit or stand for at least 8 hours
Ability to pull weight from high/low shelves
Ability to differentiate color
