Senior General Manager-Process Excellence
Job Responsibilities :
(Must have)
• Identify and mentor Six Sigma & Lean projects, ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement.
• Lead business transformation initiatives by analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for Automation, Optimization and implementing effective strategies, roadmap for execution.
• Conduct value stream mapping and process mapping exercises to identify waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Manage large-scale transformation engagements, ensuring effective coordination among cross-functional teams and stakeholders (incl. Senior Leaders) & ensuring seamless execution
• Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve overall business performance, as aligned to organization goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices, providing training, and encouraging employee engagement.
• Collaborate with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members on lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement techniques.

• Proficiency in DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma tools, techniques, and approaches
• Strong client-facing and client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
