We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality & Performance to join our dynamic team.

As a Quality & Performance ADV, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of quality and performance in our engineering projects. This role encompasses quality control, performance assessment, and the implementation of best practices to optimize project outcomes. You will collaborate with various teams to identify performance metrics, analyze data, and address quality issues proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the reactive/Proactive Quality for vehicle lines.
  • Manage the quality targets established for each carlines.
  • Managing all the quality aspects of the quality development activities, reactive/preventive & proactive.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Mandatory:
  • Microsoft Office (excel, power point)
  • Database analysis and management
  • Project Management experience
  • Root cause analysis
  • Vehicle development activities (component/system design/development/integration)
  • Nice to have:
  • 3D Modeling (visualization)
  • BOMs
  • Analysis capacity
  • Strong Communication
  • 1. Conducting meetings
  • 2. Presenting meeting's synthesis
  • 3. Escalating hard points
  • * Problem solving (deploy the problem resolution methodologies)
