Coordinate and enforce change-control processes for vehicle programs: schedule and track change tasks, facilitate timing agreements among suppliers and internal teams, support change coordination meetings, and ensure timely inputs, approvals, and release of changes.

Design and develop rear roller door components and systems for commercial vehicles from concept through production. Responsibilities include defining engineering requirements, creating CAD models and drawings, conducting packaging, tolerance, and feasibility studies, supporting CAE, prototypes, testing, sourcing, and validation, resolving manufacturing and launch issues, collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and managing engineering changes and documentation.

Design and evaluate rear-wheel-drive systems for electric vehicles, including rear axles, half-shafts, and driveline components. Lead FWD-versus-RWD feasibility studies, assess durability and packaging, and integrate systems with suspension, chassis, thermal, and battery teams. Prepare trade-off analyses and risk assessments, document engineering interfaces, support prototyping and testing, and coordinate stakeholders and small teams.

Lead the redesign of front suspension systems for next-generation electric vehicles, including coil-over architectures, subframe, and wheel-end components. Perform package integration, durability analysis, ride and handling evaluation, and torque steer mitigation. CATIA V5/3DEXPERIENCE expertise is mandatory, with relocation to the USA required.

Perform analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support of system integrations for eCommerce, OMS, WMS, ERP and logistics systems. Troubleshoot end-to-end API/XML/JSON integration flows, produce integration specifications and documentation, collaborate with business, operations and technical teams, and support regional/global connectivity and automation initiatives.
