The working hours for this role are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The salary range for the role is $115,000-$130,000 base.

The Role
The QSL is the owner of CAPI’s Quality Management System and RCCA (Root Cause/ Corrective Action) program. The QSL is responsible for assuring compliance and maintaining AS9100 accreditation. This is achieved by carrying out internal/external audits to ISO/AS standards and internal CAPI processes. The ideal candidate will be energetic and flexible with scheduling, be able to adjust priorities and communicate well.

- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Quality Assurance or Manufacturing discipline or equivalent.
- AS9100 Lead Auditor or Auditor Certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with computers (word, excel, power point); ideally able to manipulate data in excel and to create Pareto charts using pivot tables.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems.
- Experience performing internal audits to ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
- Prior participation in AS9100/ISO 9001 external compliance audits.
- Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.
- Previous experience with Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action procedures
