HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and quality control initiatives. The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. This role demands a proactive leader who can supervise quality teams, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement in all aspects of quality across projects. The Quality Manager will collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and procurement teams to embed quality best practices throughout the project lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to lead and influence the quality culture within a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO standards and project requirements.
- Plan and conduct quality audits, inspections, and assessments across projects.
- Lead and supervise QA/QC teams ensuring effective execution of quality control activities.
- Identify quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to address quality concerns and ensure compliance.
- Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure training and development of quality personnel to uphold company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in quality management within the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards and quality management systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) is preferred.
