Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Quality Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to provide leadership, oversight, and management of quality professionals while developing and implementing robust Quality systems and procedures across complex projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee quality professionals, conduct performance evaluations, manage hiring, and direct salary administration.
Develop, optimize, and train teams on systems using the Parsons Quality Management System.
Schedule, conduct, and analyze independent audits to ensure compliance with QA/QC programs.
Prepare and review project Quality manuals, procedures, test plans, and subcontracts.
Interface with senior executives and clients on process improvements and contract planning.
Use statistical process control to analyze audit findings and manage non-conformance tracking programs.
Coordinate efforts to maintain Parsons' certifications and support corporate quality governance.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Business, Quality, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Quality, including 5+ years in a supervisory or management capacity.
Expert knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems and experience implementing ISO 9000, ASME, ANSI, and ASTM standards.
Working knowledge of infrastructure, government, aviation, process, or transportation sectors.
Proven ability to manage staff, oversee daily operations, and analyze business situations like ROI.
Strong written, verbal, public presentation, and interpersonal problem-solving skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong attention to detail.
