ABOUT THE POSITION
Quality Manager at BURGA is more than just a title — it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: As a Quality Manager, you’ll be a key player in shaping and maintaining the quality standards that keep our products loved by millions. From driving quality improvement initiatives to defining new product standards, you’ll ensure excellence at every step of the manufacturing process. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and help elevate BURGA’s reputation as a premium lifestyle brand.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Initiate and lead quality improvement projects from start to finish- calculate impact, assess risks, track results, and ensure successful implementation.
- Perform root cause analysis and manage nonconformities using tools like FMEA and 8D reports.
- Collaborate with production, suppliers, customers, and various managers to ensure alignment on quality standards.
- Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of experience in a quality department within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong command of quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, DMAIC, and PDCA.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (Pareto, cause-effect diagrams).
- Clear communicator - able to articulate technical and quality requirements across various stakeholders.
- Skilled in writing high-quality reports and planning tasks based on quality goals.
- Passion for continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
- A passion for: quality, process excellence, and delivering best-in-class products.
- A track record of independently leading impactful projects that raise the quality bar.
SALARY: 2455 - 2976 EUR/Month GROSS.
