Responsible for maintaining the Quality system and overseeing and optimizing Quality processes in order to ensure the achievement of the quality standards established in collaboration with the other company functions.
Leadership/managerial Tasks

Coordinates and supervises the Quality Team

General Tasks

  • Responsible for product quality.
  • Responsible for the Quality management system.
  • Responsible for the acceptance, waiver and rejection of stamped, semi-finished and finished products.
  •  Ensures compliance with production standards, managing and coordinating projects to improve process and product quality.
  • Manages internal quality non-conformities, coordinating working groups in their analysis and in the definition of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manages external qualitative reports, interfacing with colleagues and providing technical feedback to customers.
  • Collaborates with the Technical and Operations Department in order to ensure compliance with the defined procedures and processes.
  • Contact person for the KPIs of the Quality area.
  • Responsible for the documentation relating to the Quality area.
  • Ensures that the obligations set out in Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments (Consolidated Law on Safety) are complied with.

Special Tasks

  • Monitors compliance with company guidelines in terms of Product Quality, Safety and Hygiene.
  • Manages and coordinates business process improvement projects with the use of Lean Manufacturing tools.
  • Collaborates with similar functions within the Corporate for the definition and achievement of improvement and harmonization objectives regarding Quality. 

Education
Diploma or technical degree with many years of experience in the quality sector of production companies, preferably in the field of packaging or plastics production

Job experience / Knowledge:
Experience in the quality department of production companies
Experience in regulatory 
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22716 management systems
Knowledge of GMP regulations
Knowledge of the English language
Knowledge of Windows Office, ERP, warehouse management programs and business intelligence software
Knowledge of quality information tools
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and problem solving techniques

Personal qualification profile:
