Position: Quality Manager
Location: Purks Auburn Hills, MI
Reports To: Operations Manager
Description
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring Stellantis products meet required quality standards. This position includes continued development and implementation of quality standards, product inspection, performance monitoring, communication with staff, collaboration with suppliers and clients, ensuring product compliance, policy review and team training.

Daily Job Functions
- Create, establish improved quality procedures
- Review and evaluate Stellantis products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Gather data, produce and maintain quality control measurement performance
- Provide guidance to team members and consulting with brand managers
- Manage incoming and outgoing quality team members
Required Skills
- Strong oral and written communication and collaboration skills as well as technical proficiency
- The ability to identify, train and lead team to successful outcomes
- Must be able to multi-task while ensuring follow up and follow through on required tasks
- High degree of organization and ability to work effectively in a high pressure environment
- Strong computer skills for various applications
- Prior automotive experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; or college coursework in related field (marketing/business)
