The Quality Manager is responsible for leading the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring product and supplier quality, and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 compliance. This role serves as the site's quality leader, partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure customers receive high-quality products.
**Candidates should clearly demonstrate experience on their resume leading an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, including ownership of external certification audits and internal audit programs. Experience working within an ISO-certified environment alone is not sufficient for this role.
YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Manage and continuously improve the site's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).
Serve as the management representative and primary point of contact for internal and external ISO certification audits.
Plan, execute, and continuously improve the internal audit program to maintain audit readiness.
Maintain QMS documentation and administer the QMS SharePoint site.
Manage and improve all aspects of the supplier quality program in partnership with Global Procurement & Supply Chain (GPSC).
Support supplier qualification, audits, corrective actions, Material Review Requests (MRRs), and Supplier Rework Cost Recovery (SRCR).
Serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturing quality issues, coordinating cross-functional teams to implement containment, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
Oversee product inspection and testing throughout the manufacturing process.
Champion a Zero Defects culture and establish annual quality performance metrics.
Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team.
Champion Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Participate daily in Gemba and SQDC activities.
Actively support all company safety initiatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Quality, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
Seven (7) or more years of experience.
One (1) or more years of management experience.
Demonstrated experience leading an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, including external certification audits.
Experience developing and executing internal audit programs.
Experience in mechanical or electromechanical manufacturing; high mix, low volume manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to obtain a passport and travel internationally.
Ability to work productively and cohesively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree.
ASQ Certification (CQE, CRE, or CSQP).
Lean Manufacturing experience.
Six Sigma certification.
AWS training and/or certification.
Expert knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.

Pay Range:
$103,300.00 - $177,700.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
