Purpose of this role is to develop, establish and perform robust quality processes in Aftermarket Operations in line with the general quality system and certification requirements (ISO 9001).
Role Responsibilities:
Establish supplier quality and development processes
Develop and run a robust process of claims from suppliers
Define and implement customer returns process
Establish aftermarket quality management system
Role Purpose:
Ensure zero defects of parts and compliance with delivery requirements, such as documentation and packing for reduction of damages
Attain sufficient rate of sucessful claims from suppliers
Reduce customer return processing times
Achieve error free Aftermarket Operations

Experience in Quality Management in an industrial environment
Strong process design and improvement capabilities
Knowledge of claim / reverse logistics processes
Fluent in English
